This Organic Green Barley Grass is made from young barley shoots grown in the fertile soils of New Zealand. The young shoots are air dried to retain their nutritional content then chopped into a fine powder.

Green Barley Grass has 5 times the vitamin C of oranges, twice the calcium of cows milk and 5 times more iron than spinach.
